Projected mission fields at Province level
15 Then another angel came from the Temple and shouted to the one sitting on the cloud, “Swing the sickle, for the time of harvest has come; the crop on earth is ripe.” Revelation 14:15
The western Cape Province has much work to be done, we have five local district municipalities in the province, with the total of twenty-three cities that need to be reached with the gospel salvation of Jesus Christ.
ECOSYSTEM
CHURCH PLANTING PLAN 2023-2026
- WY PLAN CHURCHEST
The Bible gives us a clear example of what a truly Pentecostal church should look like. It should be a missional church. A missional church is a church that is committed to advancing God’s mission in the earth. The church in Antioch, Syria, was such a church (Acts 11:19-20; 13:1-4). Luke included the story of this church in Acts as a lasting model of how a church can best connect with God’s mission. It is an example of how a Pentecostal church should function today.
WHAT IS THE REALITY IN WESTERN CAPE TODAY
There are no churches in the outskate of the province which mean the people have no opportunity to hearing the word of God on those destination, due to transportation and resources it has not been possible for the church to target the communities that stay hundred of kilometer out of Cape Town. Reason been the country is facing serious unemployment situation 32% of the population of South Africa is unemployed according to the 2020 statistics. This cause the fewer opportunities available are in the main cities and that where churches can perceive resources such as tithe and offering, not the same in the outskate.
- WHAT IS THE APROACH TO REACH THIS OUTSKATES
After research and plan the Mission Director Rev. Chombo and his team has come up with very good inside as to what is the population demographics, distances, as well as key points of contact to perform any measures to impact the areas that need the gospel in the province of Western Cape South Africa.

GO
John 20:21
As the Father has sent me, I am sending you
- 2 Peter 3:9
- “The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.”
SEND
Romans 10:13-15
“For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”
- Jesus told his disciples, “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” The word mission is from Latin, and literally means “to send.” In Romans 10:13-14 [For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?] the missionary must be sent so that they can preach the good news of Jesus Christ. People cannot believe in Jesus Christ if no one has told them about Jesus Christ.
PRAY
Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest’” (Luke 10:2)
- Mission begins with a commitment to prayer. The Holy Spirit spoke to the elders of the Antioch church while they were in fervent prayer, instructing them to send Paul and Barnabas on their first missionary journey. Missionaries are spiritual warriors who are carrying the light of Jesus into the darkest regions of our world. Spiritual battles require spiritual weapons—and prayer is a key weapon in our arsenal.
